The Election Commission (EC) announced that the distribution of official polling cards for the upcoming Local Government (LG) Election will continue today (27).
Polling card distribution, which began on 16 April, will conclude on Tuesday (29), according to Commissioner General of Elections Saman Sri Ratnayake.
Voters who do not receive their cards by Tuesday are advised to visit their local post office with their National Identity Card (NIC) to collect them.
The LG election is scheduled to take place on 6 May.
